Cerbando is a graduate from the HVAC program at UEI College in Oceanside.
"I served in the United States Navy for 14 years, and one of my trades was air conditioning and refrigeration. So when I attended the school, I wanted to perfect my trade a little bit more so that I could better myself when I'm out in the field."
