Riverside Trade School FAQs
Trade schools offer a wide range of benefits for those looking to start a career in a hands-on and engaging environment. Vocational school programs help students learn specialized skills in a specific field, such as the electrical or healthcare industries. Trade schools are great for individuals looking to enter the workforce fast. In many cases, most of our trade school programs can be completed in as few as 10 months, which is much shorter than that of traditional four-year university programs.
Additionally, trade schools are great for students who learn better through a hands-on approach. No matter the trade school program, whether dental assistant, medical assistant, or business office administration, students will be able to learn from both in-class instruction as well as externship opportunities to apply what they’ve learned in real-world environments.
Lastly, enrolling in a vocational program can be a great option for entrepreneurs or those looking for a career change. For example, individuals looking to start their own business can specialize in a trade and learn the fundamentals of running a business, preparing them with the knowledge, tools, and skills necessary to launch and manage their ventures successfully. Or, individuals unsatisfied with their current careers can transition into a new field by enrolling in a trade program, as vocational schools like UEI offer flexible learning opportunities that allow you to take classes that fit your schedule.
